Medical technology
Function alone is not enough – without complete documentation there is no approval.
You receive manufacturing and evidence in the same package: documented processes, tested assemblies and a partner who knows audit requirements.
PCB assembly, device manufacturing, assembly, programming and testing – developed for companies that want to realize demanding electronics quickly, reliably and with quality assurance from prototype to series.
When electronics becomes an application, manufacturing quality decides.
A measuring device that is off by two percent and a medical device that stands out in the approval audit have the same cause: manufacturing was not part of development. The most expensive moment in an electronics project is rarely the prototype – it is the transition to series. That is exactly where processes fall apart when placement, device assembly, programming and testing lie with different partners and nobody is responsible for the chain as a whole.
Placement, device assembly, programming and testing all take place at the same site with us. This not only shortens distances but prevents the handover errors that occur when an assembly commutes between several companies.
SMD, THT and mixed technology on modern pick-and-place systems – from sample placement to large series on the same lines. This is crucial: what worked in the prototype is not suddenly manufactured differently in series, because the same processes and parameters apply.
The assembled board becomes the finished device: housing assembly, wiring, mechanical integration and final assembly. Because placement and device assembly are under the same roof, a problem in assembly can be traced directly back to the board – instead of being debated between two suppliers.
Microcontroller programming, firmware flashing and the replication of memory media run as a fixed part of manufacturing – not as a downstream step at your site. Every device leaves us with the software version it should have, and that is documented.
AOI, in-circuit test and functional testing act at the points where errors occur – not only at the end. For medical technology and measuring devices, it is not just that testing was done that counts, but that it can be evidenced: test results are part of the scope of delivery with us, not a special request.
Fields of application: medical technology, measuring devices, defense, smart home, agriculture and industrial electronics – for OEMs as well as for Tier-1 suppliers in these areas.
Function alone is not enough – without complete documentation there is no approval.
You receive manufacturing and evidence in the same package: documented processes, tested assemblies and a partner who knows audit requirements.
What measures exactly in the sample suddenly scatters beyond tolerance in series.
Because samples and series are produced on the same lines and parameters, accuracy remains reproducible rather than batch-dependent.
Complex assemblies have to be placed, assembled, programmed and tested – usually at four partners.
All four steps take place under one roof with us. One contact person, one responsibility, no finger-pointing at the interface.
The transition from prototype to series brings delays and new failure patterns.
We support industrialization from sample placement to large series – without changing suppliers and without a process break in between.
Very different requirements – from ruggedness and quantity flexibility to long product lifecycles.
The same manufacturing depth serves rugged defense electronics as well as smart home series and agricultural technology – as an OEM partner or for Tier-1 suppliers in these markets.
Vertical integration is not an end in itself. It is the reason why there are fewer interfaces with us at which a project can lose time, quality or accountability.
We have been manufacturing electronics since electronics manufacturing in Germany was considered a discontinued model. That shapes how resilient our processes and commitments are.
Space and equipment are designed for the leap from prototype to large series – without your project competing with others for room.
Your project does not end up in an anonymous order pool. You talk to the people who actually manufacture your assembly.
Assembly, device and system from one chain instead of four supplier relationships. Every handover saved is one less source of error – and one less transport route.
From sample to series, line, process and contact person remain the same. This is exactly what prevents surprises during ramp-up.
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IPC-A-610 provide the framework. Test documentation for your approval and quality file is part of the delivery.

Hightech Electronic has been manufacturing electronics in Germany since 1991 – on 2,800 m² of production space and with a team of around 25 specialists. This size is a deliberate choice: large enough for real series, small enough that you speak with the people who actually have your assembly in their hands.
The focus is where errors are most expensive: medical electronics and precision measuring devices. In both fields, it is not enough for a device to work – it must be demonstrably manufactured correctly. That is why AOI, in-circuit test and functional testing are part of the process with us and not a surcharge, and certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IPC-A-610 provides the framework.
The real difference is vertical integration: assembly, device and system are not created with us in separate steps at separate partners, but as one chain. Together with the group's mechatronics expertise, this means that the connection of electronics and mechanics does not end at a supplier boundary either.
As part of the Bauer MSG Group, manufacturing is additionally backed by the development expertise of Schele Electronic and the lifecycle support of Weber Electronic – a competent, full-scope EMS and industrial electronics manufacturing partner. This allows a product to be accompanied throughout its entire lifecycle, from the circuit to repair years later.
Whether first production run, relocation or a product moving from development into series: describe quantity, technology and timeframe to us. You will get an honest assessment of whether we are the right partner – and if not, we will say so.
